  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    No. No booking needed for most repairs. Visit our Dublin 2 store any time during opening hours. Calling or messaging us ahead is helpful for complex or unusual repairs but is not required.

  • How long does an iPhone repair take?

    Most iPhone screen and battery repairs are completed within 60 minutes. More complex repairs may take longer. We give you an accurate time estimate when you arrive or when you contact us.

  • Will my data be safe?

    Yes. ExpressTech repairs are hardware only. We do not access, transfer or erase your data as part of the repair process. We recommend backing up your device beforehand as a precaution.

  • Do repairs include a warranty?

    Yes. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. The warranty applies whether you visited our Dublin 2 store or used our nationwide courier service.

  • Can I send my device by courier?

    Yes. We offer a nationwide tracked and insured collection and return service across Ireland. Get in touch to confirm your repair, a courier collects your device from your home, office or school, we repair and test it, then return it to your door.

    Yes. ExpressTech provides structured repair support for schools, offices and organisations across Ireland. Single repairs or batch collections, clear approvals before additional work, VAT invoices and PO acceptance as standard.

  • How much will my repair cost?

    Standard repair prices are published on our website upfront. For diagnostics or non-standard repairs such as liquid damage, we confirm the cost before any work begins. VAT invoices available for business and school customers.
