How long does an iPhone screen repair take?
Most iPhone screen repairs are completed within 60 minutes. More complex repairs may take longer — we will give you an accurate time estimate when you bring your device in or get in touch.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. All repairs include a 12-month warranty covering parts and workmanship. This applies to walk-in, courier, school and business repairs equally.
Do repairs erase my data?
No. Repairs do not normally affect your data, and we do not erase or access your data as part of the repair process. We always recommend backing up your device beforehand as a precaution.
How much do repairs cost?
Yes. Prices for all standard repairs are published on our website upfront. For diagnostics and non-standard repairs such as liquid damage, we confirm the cost before any work begins
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during opening hours — no appointment is needed for most repairs. If you have a complex or unusual repair, calling or messaging us ahead of time is helpful but not required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card and cash in store. You can also prepay online before you visit. VAT invoices are available on request for business and school customers.
Can I send my device from outside Dublin?
Yes. We offer a nationwide collection and return service across Ireland. A tracked, insured courier collects your device from your door, we repair it in our Dublin centre, and return it to you.
