My device got wet
If your device has been in liquid, the first hour matters. Power it off, keep it off, and get it to us quickly. Liquid leaves deposits that keep corroding inside after the outside feels dry, so fast treatment gives the best chance of recovery. With liquid damage no outcome can be promised, and we are honest about that before any work.
Do not charge a device that has been in liquid, and do not try to turn it on. That is when most extra damage happens. Power it off, keep it upright and still, and bring it in as soon as you can.
What you might be seeing
Dropped in water, or splashed
Any contact with liquid counts, even a short one. The first hour matters most.
Acting strangely after getting wet
Glitches, restarts or odd behaviour after liquid. Corrosion may have started inside.
Screen marks or flicker after liquid
Discolouration, patches or flicker following a spill. The display may be affected.

Common questions
Does putting it in rice work?
No. Rice does not draw corrosion out of a device, and the delay while you wait gives corrosion more time to spread. The better step is to power off and get it treated quickly.
Should I charge it to check if it still works?
No. Charging a device with liquid inside is when most extra damage happens. Keep it powered off and unplugged until it has been treated.
Is liquid damage covered by the warranty?
No. Treatment can restore function, but corrosion can continue afterwards, so liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty. We explain this clearly before any work begins.
Can you save a water damaged phone?
