You get the price before any work begins. If we find something else, we stop and tell you rather than adding it to the bill.
The exact price is confirmed before any work begins. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.
Typical turnaround: Same day for most models, subject to part availability.

How long does a Mac repair take?
Most MacBook battery and keyboard repairs are completed same day at our Dublin 2 store. Screen replacements may require additional time depending on parts availability. For Local Collection & Return customers, allow 3 to 4 working days.
Is my data safe during a Mac repair?
Yes. We do not access your data during standard hardware repairs, and it is never accessed, transferred or erased unless you explicitly ask us to carry out a data-related service. We recommend keeping a Time Machine backup as a general precaution before any hardware work.
What warranty do you provide on Mac repairs?
Every Mac repair comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes. Walk in to 110 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 any time during opening hours. No booking required. Most Mac repairs are completed the same day, subject to part availability.
Do you repair Macs nationwide?
Yes. Walk in to our Dublin 2 workshop, post your Mac to us from anywhere in Ireland, or book Local Collection & Return in Dublin and local areas (€30 flat per shipment, round trip). Every repair is done at our Dublin 2 workshop.
