The exact price is confirmed before any work begins. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.

How long does a Google Pixel repair take?
Most Google Pixel screen and battery repairs are completed the same day at our Dublin 2 store. Visit our store any time during opening hours, no appointment needed. For collection and return customers nationwide, allow 3 to 4 working days.
Is my data safe during a Pixel repair?
Yes. We do not access your data during standard hardware repairs, and it is never accessed, transferred or erased unless you explicitly ask us to carry out a data-related service. All Google Pixel repairs at ExpressTech are hardware only. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution.
What warranty do you provide on Google Pixel repairs?
Every Google Pixel repair comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge.
