Where is ExpressTech based?

ExpressTech is based at 110 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02TY44. We provide walk-in repairs from our Dublin city centre location and also offer collection and return services across Ireland.

What devices do you repair?

We repair a wide range of devices including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung phones, laptops, tablets, game consoles and more. If your device is not listed on the website, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.

Do I need to book in advance?

No. You are welcome to walk in during opening hours. For some repairs, you can also prepay online. If you want to check part availability or turnaround before visiting, send us a WhatsApp message first.

Repair & Bookings

How long does a repair take?

Many common repairs are completed the same day, and some iPhone repairs can be completed in as little as 60 minutes. More advanced repairs such as liquid damage, board-level repairs or diagnostics can take longer depending on the fault and parts required.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes. In-store repairs are a core part of our service. Bring your device to our store at 110 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 and we will assess it. If you want to save time, you can contact us in advance or order online where available.

Do you offer diagnostics?

Yes. If you are not sure what is wrong with your device, we can inspect it and confirm the issue before any repair goes ahead. This is often the best option for devices with charging issues, power faults, liquid damage or multiple symptoms.

Courier Repairs

Do you offer repairs by post or courier?

Yes. ExpressTech offers collection and return repairs across Ireland. This is ideal for customers outside Dublin, busy professionals, schools and businesses that need a reliable repair service without visiting the shop.

How does the courier repair service work?

Contact us with your device model and issue first. We will confirm the service options, timing and next steps. Once agreed, we arrange collection, complete the repair, test the device and return it securely.

Is courier repair available for schools and businesses?

Yes. We support schools and business customers with structured repair workflows, including single-device and batch repair support. If you manage multiple devices, contact us directly so we can advise on the best route.

Payments & Warranty

Can I pay online or in store?

Yes. Depending on the repair, you may be able to prepay online through the website, or you can pay in store when dropping off or collecting your device. We want the process to be flexible and convenient.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Many repairs include a warranty for added peace of mind. Warranty terms can vary depending on the repair type and part fitted, so if you are unsure, just ask and we will confirm what is covered.

What if my device has more than one issue?

If your device has multiple faults, we will explain what we find and confirm the recommended repair path before proceeding. We aim to keep everything clear, transparent and approval-based.

Yes. ExpressTech supports schools, companies and organisations that need fast, accountable repair support for staff and student devices. We already work with both individual and larger-volume repair needs.

Can you help with multiple devices at once?

Do you only support large organisations?

No. We help both smaller and larger customers. Whether you have one school iPad, a few staff laptops or a larger number of devices, we can guide you towards the most suitable repair option.
