Select your repair & book or drop by our store
Select the necessary repairs you require for your device on the repair selection page of your device. You can also drop into our store. No booking or appointment needed. most repairs take up to 60 minutes
Pre-repair testing
When you visit us in the store, we will complete some testing of your device to confirm your repair. If you have a device which requires a full diagnostic, this can take 24-48 hours
Repair
Once we have tested your device we will add your device to our repair queue. Your repair turnaround will be confirmed when your drop off your device.
Collection
Once we complete your repair and our post repair testing, we will email and text you to confirm your device is ready for collection. When you arrive to collect, we will complete some testing with you again to ensure perfect functionality of your repaired device.
