Repair times depend on the console and the fault. Many repairs are completed within 24–48 hours, and we’ll confirm the expected turnaround after assessment. Visit our store any time during opening hours, no appointment needed. For collection and return customers nationwide, allow 3 to 4 working days.
Yes. Your data is never accessed or erased during the repair process. All console repairs at ExpressTech are hardware only. Game saves and user accounts stored on the console are not touched.
Every game console repair comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge.
