We repair iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook and Apple Watch. Coverage spans current generation back through legacy models, including hardware repairs Apple's authorised service network typically does not attempt.
What parts do you use?
We use premium parts selected for reliability and long-term performance. Our iPhone battery service offers a Genuine Apple battery tier alongside a premium OEM-quality option. Other Apple repairs use premium parts from suppliers we trust. We confirm part type and price before any work begins.
Is my data safe during an Apple repair?
Yes. ExpressTech repairs are hardware-focused. We never access, transfer or erase customer data unless a repair specifically requires it and you agree first. Most Apple repairs are completed without unlocking the device.
How long does an Apple repair take?
Repair time depends on the device, fault and parts availability. Many common iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch repairs are completed quickly at our Dublin 2 repair centre. Mac, MacBook and more advanced repairs can take longer. We confirm the expected timing before work begins.

Can I use Collection & Return for an Apple device?
Yes. We collect Apple devices nationwide across Ireland, repair them at our Dublin 2 workshop and return them to your door. Collection and return adds €30 to the repair price. Booking is online; tracking is provided.

Yes. ExpressTech supports Apple device repairs for Irish businesses, schools and organisations through walk-in, courier collection and approved staff routes. VAT invoicing and PO acceptance are standard for account customers.
