Our promise

If something fails because of our work, we put it right.

12-month warranty on parts and workmanship, on every ExpressTech repair.

What is covered

What our 12-month warranty covers.

The warranty applies to the specific repair we completed.

The part we fitted

If a replacement part we installed fails under normal use, we replace it under warranty for 12 months from the date the device leaves our workshop.

Our workmanship

If a workmanship issue connected to the repair causes a fault, we put it right under warranty for 12 months from the original repair.

Walk-in or courier claim

Bring the device to our Dublin 2 repair centre, post it to us from anywhere in Ireland, or arrange Local Collection & Return in Dublin and local areas. The same 12-month warranty applies on every route.

Your chosen parts tier

Where you chose between parts tiers (such as Genuine Apple battery alongside our premium OEM-equivalent option), the warranty covers the specific tier recorded on your invoice.

What is not covered

Where the warranty stops.

The warranty applies to the specific repair we completed. It does not cover unrelated faults or new damage.

  • New physical damage that happens after the repair.
  • Liquid damage that occurs after the repair.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops or accidents.
  • Repair attempts by another shop or technician after we returned the device.
  • Faults unrelated to the part we replaced or the work we performed.
  • General wear and tear on items not covered by the original repair.

If you have a new fault we did not previously repair, we will quote you separately and confirm before any work begins.

How to make a warranty claim.

  1. Bring or send the device

Walk in to our Dublin 2 store at 110 Baggot Street Lower during opening hours, post it to us from anywhere in Ireland, or contact us to arrange Local Collection & Return in Dublin and local areas. No appointment needed for walk-in.

  2. Have your reference ready

Bring the original invoice or repair reference number so we can match the device to the original repair record on our system.

  3. Inspection first

We inspect the device before confirming a warranty claim. Our technicians confirm whether the issue is covered and explain the next steps before any work begins.

  4. Repair under warranty

If the issue is covered, we put it right at no further cost. If it is a new fault we did not previously repair, we quote separately and confirm before any work begins.

Four steps. We confirm whether the issue is covered before any work begins.
