We're an independent repair business in Dublin 2, trading since 2007. Our customers include individuals walking in from the street, schools across Ireland, and businesses including IDA Ireland, Coca-Cola, Permanent TSB, William Fry and Sherry Fitzgerald. We're known for doing repairs authorised service won't attempt, including logic board work and liquid damage recovery, and for being straight with customers about what is and isn't worth fixing.

We're actively hiring for three roles.

Mobile Phone Technician

We're looking for a technician with hands-on experience repairing iPhones, Samsung, Google Pixel and similar devices. Day-to-day work covers screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, back glass, rear camera, and diagnostics. Comfort with microsoldering and board-level work is a bonus, not a requirement.

What we're looking for:

• Genuine repair experience, ideally two or more years
• Calm, methodical, good with your hands
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers when the counter gets busy
• Comfortable owning repairs end to end: diagnose, quote, repair, test, hand back

Mac and Laptop Repair Technician

We're looking for a technician with experience repairing MacBooks, MacBook Pros, and Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Surface). The role covers screen replacements, battery replacements, keyboard and trackpad work, charging ports, SSD upgrades, liquid damage recovery, and board-level diagnostics where appropriate.

What we're looking for:

• Direct MacBook repair experience essential
• Microsoldering skills a strong plus
• Comfortable with data recovery workflows and customer data handling
• Able to make clear decisions about what's worth repairing and what isn't

Counter Staff with Technician Experience

We're looking for someone who can handle the front of house. You're the first person customers see. You take the device, ask the right diagnostic questions, quote the repair, and manage the handover. Behind the scenes you handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries, update customers on their repair status, and keep the counter moving on busy days.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a repair shop or technical retail environment
• Confident talking to customers, including business and school account holders
• Organised, unflappable, good at managing multiple repairs in progress
• Some technical repair experience, so you can triage and quote confidently
