By using the ExpressTech website YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS OF SERVICE (explained below) and PRIVACY POLICY and SERVICE AGREEMENT that appear elsewhere on the website and in our literature. These Terms of Service apply to all transactions on this website and in store. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
References to “ExpressTech” “We”or “Us” herein refer to Techies Limited t/a ExpressTech, or its affiliates, subsidiaries and designees as deemed appropriate by ExpressTech. The Customer is “you”, the person, persons or company purchasing products and/or services from ExpressTech.
ExpressTech reserves the right to make changes to the website and its Terms of Service at any time. Each time you use the site, you should visit and review the then current Terms, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with the ExpressTech website, its content or Terms of Service, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the ExpressTech website.
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. By using the ExpressTech Website, you expressly agree that use of the Website is at your sole risk. The ExpressTech Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. Neither ExpressTech, its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the ExpressTech Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Neither ExpressTech nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the website or the products or services offered for sale on the website. ExpressTech and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by ExpressTech or its Associates shall create a warranty. User hereby acknowledges that all responsibility for their purchase choice lies with them and it is the customer’s obligation to ensure compatibility between items.
3. Under no circumstances shall ExpressTech or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the website, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the website that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorised representative of ExpressTech has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and products, and services available through the ExpressTech website.

4. The ExpressTech Website is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. The ExpressTech Website is not directed for use by children under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 should be assisted by parent or guardian.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
5. All images, descriptive matter, specifications in our advertisements, relayed by telephone and on the Internet are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description.
6. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained in the website. Descriptive mistakes will occasionally occur. ExpressTech makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, descriptions and reviews, or product specifications.
AVAILABILITY
7. Prices, offers, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. The pace of e-commerce selling makes it inevitable that changes will be necessary and that mistakes will occasionally occur. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ExpressTech reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
8. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be offered an alternative of equivalent quality and price, or a full refund.
9. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with ExpressTech Return and Warranty Policies.
VAT
10. Because ExpressTech does business throughout Ireland and collects and remits VAT as required by law, the ExpressTech Website also collects and remits VAT as appropriate. Please note we reserve the right not to sell to resellers.
YOUR ORDER
11. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. Due to the rise in credit card fraud, we may need to manually review your order.
12. On receipt of your order, ExpressTech will send you an order acknowledgment email. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order and will refund your monies promptly.
COURIER AND DELIVERY
13. Courier and delivery is to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only.
14. For collections, it is your responsibility to have the items ready for pick up throughout your chosen collection day. Items not ready when the courier arrives will incur an additional courier charge.
15. Deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when your order arrives, a card will be left with a contact number for you to call to arrange re-delivery or collection from the courier depot.
16. Please inspect your goods immediately after delivery is complete. If there are any issues, please notify us immediately.
TERMINATION OF USE
17. ExpressTech may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the ExpressTech Website at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. ExpressTech reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the ExpressTech Website at any time without prior notice.
COMPLAINTS
18. We take all complaints very seriously. If you have cause to complain then please write to us at ExpressTech, 110 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. We will respond in writing to all complaints within fourteen (14) working days and will keep you informed throughout the complaints investigation process, and advise you of its outcome.
Irish legislation and the jurisdiction of the Irish courts apply to this agreement.
