If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.

Confirming you have this exact model
The iPhone 13 Pro is the 6.1-inch model with three rear cameras in a square array. The standard iPhone 13 is the same size with two cameras set diagonally, so the lens count separates them.
The 13 Pro Max is the same phone in a larger body. Confirm in Settings, then General, then About.
What this model comes in for
Screens lead. Camera faults appear more often here than on the standard 13, simply because there are three independent modules rather than two.
Batteries follow, then rear glass.
Three cameras, three separate repairs
Before booking a camera repair, test each zoom level and note which are affected. On this model that includes a telephoto the standard 13 does not have, and it is the module most often damaged by a drop because it has the most moving parts.
Only the failed module is replaced, so thirty seconds of testing often reduces the quote considerably.
Is it worth repairing?
Yes for a single repair. The 13 Pro remains a strong phone with a good camera system and software life ahead of it.
Its parts cost more than the standard 13's across the board, so a Pro needing several repairs reaches the replacement threshold sooner. That assessment comes before you commit.
Your data, and your warranty
Your data is not accessed, transferred or erased during a standard hardware repair, and the phone is not wiped in order to repair it. A passcode is not needed for most repairs. Back up beforehand as a general precaution, because hardware that is already failing can fail further during any repair.
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from that warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion, and this is explained before any liquid work is approved.
Water resistance does not survive the phone being opened, at any repair centre. ExpressTech reseals during reassembly, which returns splash resistance, but a repaired iPhone should be treated as no longer water resistant.
Common questions about iPhone 13 Pro repairs
Only my telephoto is soft. Do I need all three cameras replaced? No. They are independent modules and only the failed one is replaced.
How do I tell a 13 Pro from a 13? Three cameras in a square is the Pro. Two diagonal is the standard 13.
Does a screen replacement affect Face ID on this model? No. Your original components are transferred as standard.
Comparing models in this generation? iPhone 13 series repairs covers the differences between them.
The questions people actually ask.
How long does an iPhone 13 Pro repair take?
Most iPhone 13 Pro screen, battery and charging port repairs are completed in around 60 minutes. We'll always confirm the expected turnaround before any work begins.
Is my iPhone 13 Pro repair covered by a warranty?
Every completed repair includes a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental damage after repair, liquid damage after repair or unrelated faults. Full warranty terms are available before your repair begins.
Can I walk in with my iPhone 13 Pro without booking?
Yes. No booking is needed for most repairs at our Dublin 2 store on Baggot Street Lower. Walk in any time during opening hours and most standard repairs are completed while you wait.
Will my data be affected during an iPhone 13 Pro repair?
No. We do not access your personal data during standard hardware repairs. Your data is never accessed, transferred or erased unless you explicitly ask us to carry out a data-related service. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution before any repair.
