Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.

Which lens has failed
The iPhone 12 and 12 mini carry two rear cameras; the 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max carry three. Test each zoom level in the camera app before you come in and note exactly which are affected, because only the failed module needs replacing.
