Worth knowing

  • A battery that drains quickly, shuts down early or reports poor battery health usually needs replacement rather than settings changes.
  • Some warmth while charging or gaming is normal.
  • If the battery ever looks swollen, or the screen or back is lifting away from the case, stop using the device, unplug it, and tell us it looks swollen when you contact us.

On iPhone you can check the reading yourself: Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health and Charging.
