- Charging problems are not always battery problems — the port, the cable or software can be the cause. If it is not clearly the battery, we check before fitting anything.
- If the device has met liquid, the battery result can be affected by what the liquid reached — an assessment comes first.

12-month warranty
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion.
