Questions people ask

Are these devices new?

No. They are pre-owned devices in Grade A, like-new condition, individually inspected and ExpressTech-certified in Dublin before you collect them.

How long does ordering take?

Typically 4–7 working days from order to ready-for-collection. We order the device in, certify it in Dublin, then let you know. It is a typical window, not a guarantee, and we confirm timing when you order.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month ExpressTech warranty on parts and workmanship, handled at our Dublin workshop, in addition to your statutory rights and never instead of them. It excludes accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, disclosed cosmetic marks and normal battery ageing.
