The exact price is confirmed before any work begins. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.

Should I stop using it? If the battery ever looks swollen, or the screen or back is lifting, stop using the device, unplug it, and tell us when you contact us.
What a successful repair restores A successful battery replacement restores the capacity a worn battery has lost; charging and shutdown behaviour are tested before return.
Why does this happen? Usually simple chemistry: every battery wears with charge cycles, and after a few years the capacity it can hold genuinely shrinks.Sometimes heat accelerates it — regular fast charging in hot conditions, dashboards in summer, or a device that runs hot for other reasons.
What happens if you wait? A worn battery keeps losing capacity, and unexpected shutdowns tend to become more frequent. If a battery ever swells — the screen or back starts lifting — stop using the device, unplug it, and tell us when you contact us.
Could a cheaper fix be enough?If the battery lasts normally once charged but charging itself is unreliable, test a different cable and charger first — accessories cause a surprising share of “battery” complaints, and that fix is free. If it only charges at an angle, or stops and starts, the charging port is often the real cause — a port inspection and clean is the cheaper first step before any battery is replaced. Yes. Your data is never accessed, transferred, or erased during any repair. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution.
What warranty do you provide?
Every repair comes with a 12-month warranty covering the replacement part and the workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage after the repair.
