Could a cheaper fix be enough?
If the battery lasts normally once charged but charging itself is unreliable, test a different cable and charger first — accessories cause a surprising share of “battery” complaints, and that fix is free.
If it only charges at an angle, or stops and starts, the charging port is often the real cause — a port inspection and clean is the cheaper first step before any battery is replaced.
