Your device is repaired in our Dublin workshop and tested before return. We confirm any extra cost before additional work begins.
Your repaired device is packaged and returned to your door. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship.

Confirmed before work begins
Repair prices are confirmed by phone or email before any work starts. VAT invoices are available for business and school accounts.
Before collection
Repairs are hardware only and we do not access your files, but a recent iCloud, Google or local backup is always recommended before any device leaves home.
Take off the case, screen protector and any add-ons before collection. Do not include the charger unless we ask for it.
Some repairs may need account or passcode steps for testing. We will tell you if anything is needed before repair.
Wrap the device securely in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy envelope or small box before collection.

Most customers book ExpressTech Collection & Return so we organise the courier door to door. If you would rather send the device yourself, you can post it or use your own courier to our Dublin 2 store.
