Things to know before you book
- A new battery cannot fix a fault on the device’s main board. If symptoms continue after replacement, further diagnosis is the honest next step — we will tell you, not guess.
- Charging problems are not always battery problems — the port, the cable or software can be the cause. If it is not clearly the battery, we check before fitting anything.
- If the device has met liquid, the battery result can be affected by what the liquid reached — an assessment comes first.

If battery life is normal once charged but charging is unreliable, check the cable and charger before booking a battery replacement. Charging trouble alone does not establish that the battery needs replacing.
If charging only works at an angle or keeps stopping, we check the charging connection before recommending a battery replacement. Port cleaning is €30 where debris is the cause, credited toward port replacement if needed.

12-month warranty
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion.
