The exact price is confirmed before any work begins. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired, no repair charge applies beyond any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee.

Most MacBook battery and keyboard repairs are completed same day at our Dublin 2 store. Screen replacements may require additional time depending on parts availability. For collection and return customers nationwide, allow 3 to 4 working days.
Is my data safe during a Mac repair?
Yes. We do not access your data during standard hardware repairs, and it is never accessed, transferred or erased unless you explicitly ask us to carry out a data-related service. We recommend keeping a Time Machine backup as a general precaution before any hardware work.
What warranty do you provide on Mac repairs?
Every Mac repair comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge.
Can I visit without an appointment?
