Yes. All repairs at ExpressTech are hardware only. Your data is never accessed, transferred, or erased during any repair. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution.

Every repair comes with a 12 month warranty covering the replacement part and the workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage after the repair.
