Business and School Repairs: How ExpressTech Works with Organisations
In short
PO acceptance, VAT invoicing, per-device reports, asset tags, data agreements and fleet collections — the facts of working with ExpressTech.
Organisations don't need a sales pitch — they need to know the process holds up. These are the working facts of repairing devices with ExpressTech as a business, school, public-sector body or IT support partner.
Procurement that fits your process
VAT invoices are standard. We accept purchase orders from businesses, schools and public-sector organisations. There is no minimum device count — one staff phone matters as much as a fleet.
Accountability per device
Asset-tag tracking and per-device repair reports come with the service, so your records match ours. Repairs move through the same named stages as every ExpressTech ticket — see how your repair works, step by step — and no additional paid work is carried out without approval: if we find another issue, we explain it clearly and confirm the cost before proceeding.
The no-fix commitment
There is no repair charge if the device cannot be fixed, except any agreed diagnostic or assessment fee for complex faults — agreed up front, never discovered afterwards.
Data security
We do not access, transfer or erase customer data without explicit instruction. NDAs and data handling agreements are available on request — relevant for organisations with their own data policies, safeguarding requirements or compliance obligations.
Getting devices to us
Walk-in at Dublin 2, post them yourself, use An Post at participating locations across Ireland, or arrange courier collection — the same four routes as every customer, at fleet scale where needed. Nationwide Collection & Return is typically 3 to 4 working days door to door.
Quality your users can understand
Organisations choose the same governed quality grades as everyone else — Genuine Manufacturer or ExpressTech Premium where available — and every completed repair carries the 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship.
