- If sensors or cameras near the display were already failing after the damage, a screen alone may not bring them back — they are separate parts. We test and tell you before any work begins.
- A bent or damaged frame can affect how any new screen sits. If we find frame damage, we explain the options before going further.
- No repair restores factory water resistance. After any opening of the device, treat it as not water resistant.

What happens if I wait?
Cracks tend to spread with everyday pressure and temperature changes, and broken glass leaves the display underneath open to moisture and dust. A screen that still responds today can deteriorate as the damage travels. There is no advantage to waiting — the repair does not get smaller.

12-month warranty
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion.

If the rest of the machine is in good working condition, yes. A new display on MacBook & Replacement restores full use and often costs a small fraction of a replacement machine. If the lid took a heavy impact or the device has any liquid exposure history, we recommend diagnostics first to rule out deeper damage before committing to the repair.
