What exactly does the warranty cover?
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion.

Things to know before you book
- A new battery cannot fix a fault on the device’s main board. If symptoms continue after replacement, further diagnosis is the honest next step — we will tell you, not guess.
- Charging problems are not always battery problems — the port, the cable or software can be the cause. If it is not clearly the battery, we check before fitting anything.
- If the device has met liquid, the battery result can be affected by what the liquid reached — an assessment comes first.

Will my iPhone show a battery message after replacement?
iPhone settings may show an "Unknown Part" or battery service message after a battery replacement. This is an Apple parts-pairing message and does not automatically mean the battery is faulty. The battery still works fully and the message will not affect day-to-day use. We explain this before repair where relevant and test the device fully before return.
