- If Face ID or the front sensors were already failing after the damage, a screen alone may not bring them back — the sensor assembly is separate from the display. We test and tell you before any work begins.
- A bent or damaged frame can affect how any new screen sits. If we find frame damage, we explain the options before going further.
- No repair restores factory water resistance. After any opening of the device, treat it as not water resistant.

12-month warranty
Every completed repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Liquid damage repairs are excluded from the 12-month warranty due to the risk of ongoing corrosion.
