It covers faulty parts and workmanship, but does not cover new accidental damage, misuse or unrelated faults after the repair. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost.

  3. Your approval

    If we find anything beyond the booked repair, we pause and explain it clearly, with the cost, before doing anything further. Nothing extra is charged without your go-ahead.

  4. Repair and testing
