Select your repair & book
Select the necessary repairs you require for your device on the repair selection page of your device. Book your courier collection at a time convenient for you.
Courier confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your courier booking. The email will contain a tracking link. Collection times can be as quick as 15 minutes in Dublin City Centre.
We receive and repair your device
When receiving your device we will complete our pre-repair testing to confirm your repair. Once your repair has been completed we will again test your device to confirm our repair functionality.
Device return
Once we have completed your repair, our couriers will be booked automatically by our system. An email link will be sent to you containing the tracking.
