Wait for your confirmed instructions before posting your device. An online repair payment is not a parcel label or permission to post.
Your repair in six clear steps
- Confirm your repair. Check your exact device, the selected repair, the sending option and the full price with our Dublin team.
- Get your sending instructions. Use only the label or code issued for your parcel. Wait until the service and instructions are confirmed.
- Pack your device. Back up your data where possible and follow the confirmed device-specific packing instructions. Use a sturdy box with cushioning so the device cannot move.
- Drop off your parcel. Choose a point that accepts your label and service. Check opening hours and keep your proof of posting.
- Approve any extra work. If assessment identifies extra work or a revised price, review and approve it before that work begins.
- Follow the return. Use the separate return tracking when available and follow the confirmed return arrangements.
Before repair work begins
Price and diagnostics
The exact price is confirmed before any work begins. Complex faults, including liquid damage, no-power, intermittent faults and logic board issues, carry a €30 diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, the €30 is credited in full toward the repair cost.
Your approval
No additional paid work is carried out without customer approval. If we find another issue during repair, we explain it clearly and confirm the cost before proceeding.
Your data
We do not access your personal data during standard hardware repairs. Your data is never accessed, transferred or erased unless you explicitly ask us to carry out a data-related service.
More about labels, drop-off and return
Your label decides where you can drop off
Follow the instructions supplied with your actual parcel label or code. Do not assume that every post office, PostPoint or locker accepts the same service.
Check An Post drop-off information. Confirm that the location accepts your service before travelling.
Do I need a printer?
It depends on the label or code issued for your parcel. If printing at a counter is confirmed for your service, follow those instructions. Otherwise, print and attach the supplied label. Do not use a repair reference or a QR link to this guide as a postage label.
Before anything travels
Tell us if your device or battery is swollen, damaged or leaking before making any sending arrangements. Wait for confirmed handling instructions.

Keep the two journeys separate
The trip to the workshop and the return trip need their own arrangements and tracking. A label being created does not mean the parcel has been accepted by the carrier or received by our workshop.
Confirm the sending and return charges, your return address and the instructions with us before you post. The repair price and transport arrangements should be clear before you proceed.
