Data recovery, honestly
- Right now: power the device off and stop using it. Do not charge a wet device, and do not reformat or reinstall anything. Every write can overwrite what you want back.
- Assessment first. We assess your device and give you an individual quote before any recovery work. No outcome is promised before diagnosis, because honest recovery work cannot promise one.
- Your approval. Nothing happens, and nothing is charged, until you approve the quote.
- If we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing beyond any agreed diagnostic fee.
- Your privacy. We access your data only because you have asked us to recover it. NDAs and data handling agreements are available for business customers.
