What ExpressTech Certified means

Verified and fully tested

Identity verified against the exact model you ordered, then a full functional test: display, cameras, charging, speakers, buttons, connectivity, and Face ID or fingerprint where applicable. Activation, account and MDM locks are checked and must be clear.

Battery measured, condition graded

Battery health is measured on our bench — minimum 85% before any device is handed over. Condition is Grade A, like new: no cracks, no dents, nothing you’d notice at arm’s length.

Erased, reset and covered

Every device is fully erased and factory reset before sale, and carries a 12-month ExpressTech warranty on parts and workmanship. Our in-house standard, applied by our own technicians — not a manufacturer scheme, and we’ll never pretend otherwise.

Are these devices new?

No — they are pre-owned devices in Grade A, like-new condition, individually inspected and ExpressTech-certified before you collect them.

What does Grade A / Like New mean?

No cracks, no dents, and no marks you’d notice at arm’s length — the screen is flawless when on. Anything we tolerate within the grade is disclosed before you buy.

What battery health will my device have?

We measure battery health on our bench at final inspection, and it must be 85% or better before handover. We never quote a percentage before we have measured your actual device.

Are the photos of the exact device?

For available-to-order devices we show official model images, because your specific device hasn’t arrived yet. It is inspected individually before collection.

How long does ordering take?

Typically 4–7 working days from order to ready-for-collection — we order the device in, certify it at our Dublin bench, and let you know the moment it’s ready. It’s a typical window, not a guarantee.

Where do I collect it?

From ExpressTech at 110 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2. Collection is free.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month ExpressTech warranty on parts and workmanship, handled at our Dublin workshop — in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them.

What happens if the device doesn’t pass your checks?

You don’t receive it. We source another qualifying device or refund you in full, and we tell you about any delay straight away.
