    Send us the device types, fault range and repair volume. We confirm whether walk-in, Collection & Return or batch handling is the right route for your business.

  2. We log devices and assign your account

    Devices are logged clearly under your business account, and any additional fault is confirmed with you before repair begins.

  3. We repair, test and update you

    Our technicians repair the devices, test the key functions, and keep your account updated through the workflow.

  4. Return and VAT invoicing

    Devices are returned via tracked, insured Collection & Return anywhere in Ireland, or collected from our Dublin 2 workshop. VAT invoices are issued on completion, with repair reports available on request for compliance, audit or asset-register purposes.

  • Do you provide VAT invoices for business repairs?

    Yes. VAT invoices are issued automatically for every business repair. We also accept purchase orders from organisations of all sizes.

  • Do you offer fleet pricing?

    Yes. Businesses repairing multiple devices receive fleet pricing. Contact us to set up a business account and we will provide a quote based on your fleet size and repair volume.

  • Can you collect devices from our office?

    Yes. After the Collection & Return order is placed, we organise tracked collection from your office anywhere in Ireland, repair the devices at our Dublin 2 workshop, and return them. Collection and return is €30 flat per shipment, round trip — the same nationwide rate for every customer, regardless of how many devices are in the collection or where you are in Ireland.

  • Is our company data safe during repair?

    Yes. We do not access your personal data during standard hardware repairs. Your data is never accessed, transferred or erased during the repair process. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements on request for enterprise and public-sector clients.

  • Can our staff visit the Dublin workshop directly?

    Yes. Approved staff can walk into our Dublin 2 workshop during opening hours. We confirm the repair before any work begins and invoice your business account.

  • How long do business repairs take?

    Repair time depends on the device, fault and parts availability. Most common repairs are completed the same day on walk-in at our Dublin 2 workshop, while Collection & Return and larger fleet batches typically take two to three working days. We confirm the expected timing before work begins.

  • Do you work nationwide or just Dublin?

    Nationwide. Tracked Collection & Return collects from anywhere in Ireland and returns to your door; our workshop is in Dublin 2. Pricing is the same wherever you are.

  • What parts do you use?

    Always the best available. Where supply allows you choose Genuine, manufacturer-original parts or Premium OEM. Where it does not, we fit the best available quality, never a cheap alternative.

  • Can you support a managed fleet?

    Yes. Business accounts include device logging, batch handling, agreed turnaround and consolidated VAT invoicing, with NET-30 terms for approved accounts.
