Yes. All repairs at ExpressTech are hardware only. Your data is never accessed, transferred, or erased during any repair. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution.
Every repair comes with a 12 month warranty covering the replacement part and the workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage after the repair.

If the rest of the device is in good working condition, yes. A new screen restores full use of an iPad and extends its useful life by years, at a small fraction of the cost of a replacement. If the device took a heavy impact or has any liquid exposure history, we recommend diagnostics first to rule out deeper damage before committing to the repair.
Most iPad screen repairs are completed the same day at our Dublin 2 store, subject to parts availability. If parts need to be ordered, turnaround is typically 2 to 3 working days. Nationwide collection and return by tracked insured courier is typically completed within 3 to 5 working days.
