Yes. Your data is never accessed or erased during the repair process. All iPad repairs at ExpressTech are hardware only. We recommend keeping a backup as a general precaution.
Every iPad repair comes with a 12 month warranty on parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that period, we fix it at no charge.
