If requested, we can set up a new account or help you log in to your existing account. We can also configure up to 3 e-mail accounts for your device's included e-mail app or Web browser.
Install software
An Agent will install any system updates or other critical updates. We can also install and set up security software (sold separately) and up to 2 additional applications.
Streamline your Startup
We'll give you quick access to your favourite programs and set up your system to automatically install future updates.
Remove unwanted software
We'll eliminate unwanted programs and shortcuts that came pre-installed on your device and clean up your Desktop, Start Menu and Quick Launch toolbar.
For customers based in Dublin who wish to visit us in our store, we operate a secure drop off service in our store. Simply book your repair via our website booking page to confirm your booking or just drop by our store.
We operate a convenient collection, repair & delivery service for clients based in Dublin. Our couriers are fully tracked and insured throughout the journey. Book your iPhone repair before 1 pm for a same-day return.
We can still collect and deliver your device anywhere in Ireland. Book to have your device collected via nationwide courier (UPS). Collection is made the same day or the following working day after booking.
