Will I lose my data by choosing a Factory Restore?
Yes, you will lose all data and programs that were added to your computer after you purchased it. You will need to backup your files before service. You will then need to reload your data and all of your favourite applications after service.

Can ExpressTech help me keep my data?
To keep your data you have 2 options: You can purchase a Data BackUp + Transfer service along with the Factory Restore. Or you can choose a Full Computer Service instead. This provides the same result as the Factory Restore without the hassle of data and program loss.
What if I can't find the original discs that came with my computer or I didn't receive them?
No need to worry, we can help sort it out. Simply Contact Us for assistance.
