We will diagnose performance problems and recommend the best options, cost will vary based on the options you choose.

Will a Full Computer Service delete my data?
The Full Computer Service will not threaten your data. Yet, we always recommend that you backup your files before requesting any computer service. This is your responsibility but we can help you backup if you are unsure.

What if my computer is not loading Windows?
If your computer does not load Windows, please call in to us for a free evaluation or Contact Us. Although booting issues are most often repaired under our Full Computer Service, this problem could be a sign of a hardware issue.

Will ExpressTech answer my Internet questions in addition to my computer questions?
Ask away. Our expert staff are always available to help.
