FAQ

Will a Full Computer Service delete my data?
The Full Computer Service will not threaten your data. Yet, we always recommend that you backup your files before requesting any computer service. This is your responsibility but we can help you backup if you are unsure.
What if my computer is not loading Mac OSX?
If your computer does not load, please call in to us for a free evaluation or Contact Us. Although booting issues are most often repaired under our Mac Full Computer Service, this problem could be a sign of a hardware issue.

Will ExpressTech answer my iPhone questions in addition to my Mac questions?
Ask away. Technology can be confusing. We are happy to help in any way we can.
